If you are getting buyers to inspect your property, but nobody is interested in the property at ANY price, your advertisement is obviously attracting the wrong people to 
the property.

An SMS such as the example below, can be an effective way to verify whether or not any of your previous visitors are interested:

"Thank you for your recent interest in 123 Example Street. Please confirm that you are not interested in the property at any price whatsoever, so that we can move ahead with the sale. Regards, Agent **include a link to the property as well**."

If the SMS above does not engage buyers, you should decrease the background search price/SOI on your advertisements. This will attract different buyers, who are more likely to be seriously interested in purchasing the property.
